Hi, my name is Maxim.

I research and interview economists, tax advisors, business mentors etc. to find tools & tactics that YOU can use to save money and time.

Born and raised in Russia, I now happily live and work in Auckland, New Zealand.

I was fortunate to have outstanding parents that made it possible for me to move to New Zealand alone at the age of 17 “with only a backpack and suitcase”.

Fast forward a few years and through a whole lot of ass-busting, I’m now a co-founder of EasyFreight.co.nz and an owner of multiple NZ properties.

Every 7 days, I send out a private email with things I’ve found (or tested) that week. It will take you only 5 minutes to read (videos could be longer).

It might include interviews, books, infographics, insider tips, and other New Zealand real estate information I dig up around the world.

I create it for you, the subscriber, not for myself, so this feels being “useful”.

What’s the Quality Like?

My work will never be good enough. My work is unlikely ever to feel good enough, but I create it anyway. I go to the gym even though I can not bench press 100 kgs.

I decide to create a newsletter or a video or a blog post even though I’m are not Stephen King. That’s OK.

The goal here is not to be perfect. The goal is not to be the best in the world. The goal is to express myself, to share helpful thoughts, to land an idea in your mind so that you can go ahead and also make things better.

So yes I have to do it every single week. I can not say what the heck and post junk. I have to do it every single week because that will put the resistance on notice and the resistance pushes me to make better work the first time as supposed to spend all its time stalling and looking for excuses.
